By signing below, you consent to Kim Consultant Group LLC accessing, reviewing, and working on your credit report as part of our credit repair services. This agreement covers the setup and monthly fees associated with our credit improvement process, as well as credit monitoring services.

Billed after your initial credit report analysis and customized action plan.Monthly Service Fee: $139.00

Consent to Obtain and Dispute Credit Report Information
By signing, you authorize Kim Consultant Group LLC to:
Obtain and review your credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
Dispute any inaccurate or unverifiable information on your credit report with credit bureaus or creditors.
No Guarantees
You acknowledge that Kim Consultant Group LLC does not guarantee specific improvements to your credit score or removal of all disputed items. Results vary based on credit bureaus' and creditors' responses.
Acknowledgment and Signature
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this consent and service agreement. You authorize Kim Consultant Group LLC to charge the setup fee, monthly service fee, and credit monitoring fee as described above.
